If you haven't noticed, it's been a super strange spring and summer weather wise (let's face it, a super strange year in total). We've had everything from "warm & sunny" to "muggy & humid" and it's a little confusing. But the sun will come out tomorrow (or the day/ week after). And when that happens, you're going to need looking your best for the occasion. As such, here are my loose recommendations taken from the designers' collection for Men's Spring 2012. Add a comment

Do you love fashion? Do you think that Drexel has what it takes to be the "Best Dressed Campus?" I don't know about you, but I have seen some pretty stylish people walk this campus. We only have 10 weeks to a term, only 10 weeks to make our impressions so no one wants to ruin that by wearing sweats. If you feel the same way, I encourage you to make a Stylitics profile and promote Drexel. There is a contest going on right now that gives us the chance to be named the Most Stylish Campus!

On May 2nd, Drexel was lucky enough to be graced with the presence of Angela Aherndts, the CEO of Burberry. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the brand, it is a British luxury fashion house, manufacturing clothing, fragrance, and fashion accessories. Its distinctive tartan pattern has become one of its most widely copied trademarks. Burberry is most famous for its iconic trench coat. As Angela mentioned several times during her time speaking, Burberry was born from a coat. Currently, Burberry is the fourth largest growing company. The first is Apple, the second Google and the third Amazon. To see Burberry up there with those other companies that are not fashion oriented, it is a major success that Burberry is right up there with those monumental companies.

This year there were two weekends of Coachella, so that means double the fun with celebrities and daring fashions alike! Lily Collins kept warm in a Mulberry windbreaker Summer boucle, woven sandals in wheat field, and square printed scarf in bonkers beach print. She carried the Lily with tassels in ink blue heavy suede. (www.fabsugar.co.uk) Mulberry is a luxury London based brand that held a BBQ Pool Party at Coachella this year. Some celebs that showed their faces are Emma Watson, Kate Bosworth and of course Lily Collins! Her festival outfit is attainable by just about anyone. Although it is simple, and chances are, every girl has the basics her wardrobe, Lily manages to look polished and put together.
